Floating Gardens

The newest style of flower preservation is displayed in a hand painted, round birchwood frame. A base layer of resin is poured next, enhanced with in a variety of shimmery pigment colors that create a lovely backdrop for the free-floating flowers therein.

Trees are also a popular subject with roots and branches that wrap over the edge of the canvas. Tiny flowers and moss complete the garden under the tree along with a little resident creature like a butterfly, ladybug or some other figurine. A lovely sky is painted on the frame first to complete the overall look of a lovely tree.
